Pre-Order Policy

At TEVEL, some items are offered as pre-orders to give customers access to limited releases and exclusive products before they are officially stocked and ready to ship.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Processing & Shipping Times

Pre-order items require additional production and handling time. Please allow approximately 3–6 weeks for your order to be processed, produced, and shipped. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, material availability, high demand, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Order Updates

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. We appreciate your patience during the pre-order process.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-order items, all pre-order purchases are considered final sale. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun unless required by law.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping windows, delays may occasionally occur. By placing a pre-order, you understand and accept that shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
